Description:
In the past few years, the Social Security Administration has changed its procedures for scheduling hearings. Scheduling is a complex process involving multiple hearing participants providing and coordinating availability. On Thursday, May 23, Judge Tanya Garrian will discuss the centralized scheduling process and how OHO is enhancing the process by which representatives provide their availability. Hear about the new Representative Portal where reps can directly submit their schedules instead of emailing them to Social Security. Join us on May 23, 2024 at 1:00 pm ET for a free informational session via Microsoft Teams on the new scheduling procedures. Questions are invited in advance of the program; please email sections@fedbar.org....
