Description:Noncitizens in the United States disproportionately suffer labor-based abuses at their employers. Thankfully, in a fairly newly announced joint program between the Department of Labor and Department of Homeland Security, individuals who have been victims of labor-based abuses, even if they are entirely undocumented, have a pathway to deferred action and lawful work authorization as they come forward and report these abuses.
