Please join the LGBT Law Section of the Federal Bar Association (FBA) for a webinar to discuss recent court decisions on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. In June 2020, a majority of the U.S. Supreme Court held in Bostock v. Clayton County that the term “sex” in Title VII prohibits workplace discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. Panelists will discuss this decision and its implications for the LGBTQ+ community....
